Barbara has been looking after my nails for over 3 years now, she is never short of ideas for designs and has on many occasions matched my nails to an outfit and these always get noticed by my friends, colleagues, even people I don’t know will comment on how lovely my nails look.
Barbara has many years of experience and it shows in her expertise and patience as I have never had the same design twice in all this time. They also recently survived 3 weeks in the rain forest without one break or chip. I always look forward to these appointments as Barbara is a very sociable person.

Barbara – just a quick note to say how pleased I am with the spray tan which you did for me last Thursday. It was the first time that I had had a spray tan and I was so pleased with the result. I have been visiting Barbara at her nail studio for over 7 years and I cannot fault her professional and friendly service.
I first went to Barbara after having a bad experience with another nail technician which left me in a lot of pain. I rang Barbara on a Sunday morning and to my surprise she invited me to go over that afternoon to see what she could do to put my nails right and to put me out of my misery and I have been going to her regularly ever since.
She will always go the extra mile for her customers, all of whom she treats like old friends. The hospitality of Barbara and her husband are second to none and it would be hard to find this quality of service anywhere else.

I have been going to Barbara for nearly 5 years now. It wasn’t long after I
started going that I realised I could never go back to not having my nails done ,as
it is my luxury that I couldn’t do without. I have set Barbara a few tasks over the
years which she has dealt with easily. I once trapped my thumb in the car door and
she sorted me out and also I am very hard on my nails but they have always stood
up to this. I look forward to my trips to see Barbara to have my nails done in a
very friendly atmosphere. I have also had spray tans and pedicures which are all
to Barbara’s high standard.

My daughter discovered Barbara in the telephone book back in 2004 when she was looking for someone to do tans and manicures for her and her sisters for her forthcoming wedding. Barbara’s friendly but professional manner put us all at ease and the tans and nails were perfect. She completely won me over when she managed to make my funny toes look really good! I had to promise to visit again to show her the wedding photos, which I did, and the next year she gave me my first pedicure. I was hooked. So now, at the beginning of each six week school holiday, I travel south (I moved to S. Yorkshire five years ago) for my annual pedicure and manicure, a cup of tea and a chat!
