The first step is to apply some small acrylic tips to your own nails (however small). This serves two purposes:
- It will prevent you from biting
- The tips protect your own nails and allows them to recover

On your regular 2 weekly visit I’ll rebalance your nail extensions and keep them looking beautiful. Sometimes a nail biter will need to visit once a week as your own nails will grow very quickly because they are now protected by the acrylic tips.

For your part you’ll need to treat your nails every day with Solar Oil.

Once your nails have recovered sufficiently you can choose whether to keep up your extensions or soak them off leaving behind healthy beautiful unbitten nails.

Regular manicures will help keep your new improved nails looking at their best.
